At Nihon Yakiniku Hasegawa, we proudly source our premium Japanese beef directly from “Kamiya Shoten”, a legendary butcher located in the Shibaura meat market. With decades of experience and expert craftsmanship, Kamiya Shoten carefully selects exceptional cuts known as “God Tongue” and “God Harami.”
These rare cuts offer a depth of umami and aroma that clearly distinguish them from ordinary wagyu. Delivered in pristine condition, our chefs grill each cut with precision, allowing the meat’s natural tenderness and rich flavor to shine. The result is an elevated yakiniku experience that highlights the true quality of the beef.

God Tongue — The Ultimate Yakiniku Experience5,800yen
God Tongue is an exceptionally rare beef tongue, selected under Kamiya Shoten’s strict quality standards and carefully aged to achieve peak flavor. Its outstanding tenderness and clean, refined umami are qualities that are rarely found in conventional beef tongue. Even when simply seasoned, its depth of flavor is immediately apparent.
God Harami — A Melt-in-Your-Mouth Rare Cut4,800yen
God Harami is an extremely limited cut, with only a small portion obtainable from a single cow. Often referred to as a “phantom cut,” it is prized for its perfect balance of rich meat flavor and delicate fat. With minimal sinew and a soft, juicy texture, each bite releases a deep, savory umami that lingers on the palate.
